Land-FX UK is committed to delivering the best trading environment for all its clients. It is with this objective that we only offer trading accounts to clients that are classified under the professional categorisation as an elective professional.
The professional categorisation requires for applicants to meet at least 2 of the 3 following criteria:
(1)Statements showing you have traded an average of 10 times in each of the last four consecutive quarters on leveraged trades in forex, CFDs or spread bets in significant size (with Land-FX UK or other providers). Significant size is determined as trades having a notional value of £10,000 for equities and £50,000 for Forex, indices and commodities).
(2) You work or have worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position that has given you knowledge of the transaction or services in forex trading and CFD trading. This information will only be used for your application and not viewed by any other parties.
(3) Statements showing that the size of your financial instrument portfolio, defined as including cash deposits and financial instruments, which exceeds EUR 500,000 (with Land-FX UK or other providers).
